$250 provides eleven ombudsman contacts with residents of a long-term care facility to ensure seniors’ rights are being recognized

$40 provides a 30-minute appointment with an attorney on the Legal Helpline at no-cost to the client

We’d love to join your group’s next gathering – in-person or virtually – so we can share what we do. We often present about avoiding Medicare fraud & identity theft and how to recognize signs of financial exploitation. We can also present on the importance of care planning for your loved one in a nursing home or assisted living, the process of choosing a nursing home, and the rights of individuals in these communities.
