Pro Seniors Co-Hosts “Hot Topics in Elder Law”

The Cincinnati Bar Association Elder Law Practice Group in collaboration with Pro Seniors hosted “Hot Topics in Elder Law” on April 6th, as part of the Bar Association’s continuing legal education program.
Pro Seniors’ attorneys Amy Kurlansky, Katy Buerger, and Miriam Sheline helped plan the event at the Cincinnati Bar Center. Ashley Shannon Burke, a Pro Seniors’ board member, and Janet Pecquet, former Pro Seniors’ attorney, presented “Medicaid Update Since the Switch from 209(b) State to 1634 State.”
