Pro Seniors’ Legal Helpline offers no-cost legal advice to nearly 7,000 senior Ohioans every year. While many problems can be solved over the phone, some cannot. That’s why the Helpline Referral Attorney Panel (HRAP) was created. Our HRAP includes more than 60 private attorneys throughout Ohio who have agreed to accept referrals from the Helpline from seniors who need extended legal representation. Many HRAP attorneys provide their services on a pro bono or reduced-fee basis.
